I keep being told that I am overweight and that I ought to watch my cholesterol levels. I think I'm fine though. Is there a test I can buy to shut my family up?
There is a test you can take to measure your cholesterol levels. You can order the cholesterol test online and take it at home.
It will give you your cholesterol results in a few minutes. The cholesterol measure your HDL cholesterol (good) and your Total Cholesterol. You can then work out your LDL cholesterol (bad).

Of course your cholesterol levels are just part of your health so we would advise you to check with your doctor as well.
